Each unit has individual air conditioning and heating, as well as all-electric kitchens, including microwave oven, dishwasher, and disposal. Tenants enjoy privileges at our private swimming pool (in season when life guard is on duty) in addition to Rehoboth's incomparable sandy beach in our front yard. Laundry facilities and inside space for bicycles available. One off-street parking space per unit. Each unit has telephone, TV, toaster, coffee maker, pillows, and blankets. Tenants are to provide linens (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, beach towels, etc., paper products for bathrooms, kitchen and dishwasher soap, etc.
CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
