Frequently Asked Questions

Can you really look out onto the ocean from the unit?

Yes

Do you have a pool?

Yes.  We have an outdoor pool open that is ideal for all ages.  The pool is open daily (season only) from 10am to 6pm.

Do you provide off-street parking?

Yes.  One space is provided per unit.

Do you supply linens?

No.  Pillows and blankets are provided.

Are the units air conditioned?

Yes.  Each unit has its own thermostat.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?

Yes.  Each unit has a microwave, range, and refrigerator.

Are there laundry facilities within the unit?

No.  Laundry facilities are provided in the basement with coin operated washers and dryers.

What units are best suited for wheelchair accessibility?

One and two bedroom units have steps within the individual unit -- like a townhouse.  Studio units have limited accessibility, getting to the bathroom with a wheelchair could be a problem.

Is there space provided for storing beach equipment?

No storage is provided for beach equipment.

Do you provide an area to store bicycles? 

Yes.  You may store bicycles in secured locked room during night hours.

Is cable TV available?

Yes.  Choice of channels determined by owner of unit.

Do you provide VCRs?

VCRs are available in many units, this is determined by the unit owner.

What is your payment schedule?

Approximately 50% is due when lease is returned, balance due to check-in.

When are weekly rentals available?

Weekly rentals are available during the summer season only.  Rental week runs Saturday to Saturday, seven (7) nights.  Check-in 2pm to 5pm.  Check out 7am to 10am.

Do you provide beach equipment?

No.

Do you require a key deposit?

Yes.  Key deposit for two (2) keys is $5.00 and refundable at checkout with return of ALL keys.  Four (4) keys require deposit of $10.00.

What does the check-in service entail?

Check-in service includes help getting tenants' personal belongings into their unit.

Is there an elevator available?

Yes.  Tenants can go from street entrance to unit without encountering any steps.

When will my unit be cleaned?

Units are cleaned before the start of each rental week.  Tenants are expected to leave their unit in an orderly condition at check-out time

How do I make a lease payment?

You may make payments by personal check or cash.  Credit card payments are not accepted at this time.
